ok so jeffdean is basically the romantic pairing between jeff winger and dean craig pelton from the sitcom community. they're meant to be a joke pairing / running gag in the show, but a select few people (including me) ship them 100% unironically. i'm obsessed with them, i have been for years. and i couldn't really give you a definitive reason why. if i had to, i'd say their chemistry? i just love to watch this stupid bald loser fawn over this unattainable hot guy, and i love to imagine them actually becoming a serious couple. i love the banter between them, especially in season 6 oh my god. i don't know what crackpipe dan harmon was smoking out of, but he gave them some good ass character development.and also, them being a couple is so refreshing? we've seen stereotypically flamboyant gay men fawn over hot straight guys in media, and its just a doomed crush every time. never to be taken seriously, never to be thought critically of. just, "oh haha the gay guy's going after the straight guy again!". do you know how awesome it would be, for a relationship like this to actually happen, to be taken seriously? and especially since craig pelton is already great unlabeled queer rep, it'd be nice to see him actually get the guy he's wanted for years! i just want to see him happy LMAOi just love them. i don't know what more i could say. i love jeff winger and his stupid fuckface of a husband.
